12x 500g Screw-In Grease Cartridges- Lubex Lithcal Red & Tacky- KAJO Equivalent HD800-2

Lubex Lithcal Red & Tacky is a heavy-duty, high tack, thick Lithium/Calcium grease designed especially for Earthmoving Machinery and Quarry Plant applications. Note it is NOT suitable for high speed bearings e.g wheel bearings.

This grease out-performs KAJO HD800 – the specifications and testing data can be found here, we don’t try to hide it and “cherry-pick” data, it’s all there for everyone to see.

Lubex Lithcal Red & Tacky EP2 is a lithium-calcium thickened lubricating grease formulated with mineral oil and polymer. The grease contains antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, EP additives. This combination of thickener, together with the base oil blend, makes the product suitable for the lubrication of slow moving and heavily loaded bearings. The lubricating grease has excellent adhesion and water resistance making it a suitable choice for wet conditions.

APPLICATION

Lubex Lithcal Red & Tacky EP2 is suitable for heavily loaded industrial applications where water wash is problematic. The product is also suitable for heavy-duty vehicles working outdoors in wet and dirty conditions. It is very well suited to plain pin and bush bearings and chassis lubrication of agricultural and earth moving machinery.
*Not suitable for ball and roller anti friction bearings at high speed or small needle type.
