All Earthmoving Parts November/December 2024 Promotional Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

  1. The business conducting this promotion is “All Earthmoving Parts” (herein referred to as AEP), ABN 31 568 141 627. The business’ primary place of trade is 5/275 Hamilton Highway, FYANSFORD VIC

  2. The singular prize for the promotion is a “Thump Star TSX 125-GR” 125cc 2 wheel motorbike (herein referred to as “the prize”), valued at MSRP $1,999. No other prizes will be offered.

  3. The promotion will begin on Wednesday 6/11/2024 at midday, and run until 4:30pm Friday 13/12/2024

  4. The prize draw will be conducted via live stream on Facebook using the “All Earthmoving Parts” Facebook page on Friday 13/12/2024 at 5:00pm

  5. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

    1. A purchase must be made with AEP, either in-store or by order, to the value of $100 exclusive of GST or greater, to receive 1 (one) entry. Each successive order over the value of $100 excluding GST will entitle the purchaser to 1 (one) further entry.

    2. To qualify for entry into the draw, a purchase must be made for physical items from AEP during the promotional period. Payment of accounts from previous months does not constitute an entry into the draw, nor does advance payments or any other transaction not involving the direct purchase of physical items.

    3. Staff of AEP, their immediate families, directors of parent companies, staff of suppliers, subcontractors of AEP and any person who may be viewed as a conflict of interest are excluded from entering the draw.

    4. The individual who places the order/completes the purchase is the individual who will be entered into the draw. Persons are not permitted to enter the draw on behalf of another individual or company.

  6. AEP, it’s owners, directors, staff and related persons take no responsibility for the prize once the winning participant has taken delivery of the item. Any injuries, loss, fines or penalties arising from the incorrect usage of the item is the sole responsibility of the winning participant. Furthermore, AEP assumes no responsibility for any warranty, maintenance or faults that may arise with the prize.

  7. The prize draw will be drawn by AEP Staff at AEP, 5/275 Hamilton Highway, Fyansford VIC, on 13/12/2024 at 5:00pm. The draw will be in the form of drawing a ticket out of a barrel at random.

  8. In the event of the winner not being able to be contacted, found to be ineligible to be in the draw, or in any way not capable of claiming the prize, a re-draw will be held by way of a repeat of the same prize draw process. This will be broadcast in the same fashion as the initial draw.

  9. By reading these terms and conditions and entering the draw, you are agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions stated in this document. The onus is on the participant to read and understand these terms and conditions before agreeing to enter. Should you not wish to be entered into the draw, please advise AEP staff.
